Talk to Gynecologist on TSH Test Result Came On Borderline

I'm 9weeks pregnant, this my 4th pregnancy, my first child is normal, second born with multiple abnormalties, 3rd was misscarriage (blighted ovum) , my thyroid in my 2nd pregnancy was high, so thats why checked in this pregnancy also,and it came on borderline, just want to reassure, there is nothing to worry about, or should I need to Re-do my test or should I need to start thyroid tab to get it in the range. Please help.
