Talk to Gynecologist on TTC And Breast Soreness

married since 9 months. in my last cycle folliculometry i had no dominant follicle. my TSH was high so doc gave me levothyroxine and DHEA.. now in this cycle on day 12 i have a follicle of 15cm×1.0cm but HCG trigger was not given on day 12. i am experiencing extreme breast soreness even the shirt touching my nipples hurt alot. even after starting DHEA thia cycle. its still not gone. started from cycle day 17 and its day 23 now and i am still in extreme discomfort. previously i dont experience breast soreness during PMS if i do. it is very slight.

what does it indicate?? and what should i do about it??
