Talk to Gynecologist on TTC On Clomid

I have PCOS as diagnosed by my gynaecologist.. I am on metformin and reduced around 10kg before starting clomid.. I have taken 3 cycles of clomid (50 mg two times a day) with close monitoring of follicles and then HCG trigger shot and timed intercourse but unfortunately not able to conceive.. my tubes are already checked and there is no blockage or issue with them. similarly the report of semen analysis of my husband is also fine.. I just wanted to know that what other reasons can be there of ovulating on clomid but not getting pregnant? Also, I wanted a second opinion on this that should I continue with Clomid or discuss other medicines or treatment with my doctor?
