Assalamoalikum respectable Dr. I have delivered baby 4months before through C-section. due to some reason I can't do any exercise... one of my relative recommend me tummy belt . so my question is that is tummy belt effective? and does it harm stitches? should I wear belt during house chores, sitting, eating and while sleeping?
Abdominal belt can be worn after C doesn't harm the stitches

Usually the belt has to be worn above the stitch line.. u hav to lift the tummy bulge and then close the belt.. but it doesn’t really help in reducing weight .. for that u hav to watch ur diet and do some light exercise
