Its almost normal.. You didnt mention are you trying to concieve? if yes do consult a gynaecologist for ovulation induction with yours and your husband reports
Rest u dont need to worry about Nabothian cysts as they r quite common n not harmful for ur health.

Actually I had pcos this is ultrasound after medications etc. So I wanted to ask if I still have pcos?

No Pco follicles started growing

I didn't have regular periods before medication but after that they became regular.

it has multiple follicles in both ovaries, it need to correlate with time of scan, any way rt ovarian size is large, you need to continue treatment

PCOs ko rule out karne k liye aik criteria ultrasound hai lekin clinical features aur FSH/LH level dekhna hota hai. Secondly ye depend karta hai k ap ki cycle k kis day pe Kia gya hai ultrasound.
Ye ultrasound normal hai.
Ab bhi koi symptoms Hain?? Cycles regular hain ab? Koi aur issue??
Aik FSH/LH ratio karwalen. If u want to conceive consult a gynecologist
