it is serious, where are you booked ( which hospital) the risk is high for emergency bleeding ( placta attached to previous scar or low lying, sudden detachment ( abruption) preterm labour , Need to booked in tertiary center or teaching hospital, regular frequent follow up for growth of babies by ultrasound sound and elective Caesarean before date with facilities for twin ??? preterm babies previous 2 CS.
