u hv twins ma sha Allah ...u r suppose to have C section as twin 1 is breech...liquor is reduced...for tht u need to hv regular check ups wth bio physical profiles...also keep on doing umblical artery doppler too...
in twins its next to impossible to change their positions...dont even attepmt too...
i advised C section assuming tht this is ur first pregnancy...also ur timings of delivery ll b adjusted for hvg twins and reduced liquor...dont forget to ask for steroid coverage now...

Steroid cover is complete.
It's my third pregnancy.
1st one IUD at 29 weeks due to absent liquor.BP was normal.
Second missed miscarriage at 8 weeks.

-Dear it would be better if u would have detailed Evaluation and Examination by your treating Doctor.
- have strict Check on fetal movements, bleeding or spotting or discharge, pain and have complete Evaluation for that.
-fetal well being need to be Evaluated perfectly to have proper decision.
-have Electronic fetal monitoring and injection dexamethasone for Maturity of lungs.
-have balanced diet.
-have urgent detailed consultation with treating senior obstetrician to have proper Decision.

Intensity of fetal movements is less than it used to be for last one week.
Frequency is almost the same.
