I m 17 weeks pregnant with twins my tsh was high dr gave me thyroxine 25mg on alternate day after a month I got the test it’s increased my fr appointment is in next week do I need to rush to the dr for the right dose or I shall wait till next week

-Dear thyroid level can fluctuate during pregnancy but as u are on medication so it's better to inform treating Obstetrician if she want to readjust dose of thyroxine '.
-have regular Antenatal visits and scans.

twin pregnancy can result in hypothyroidism. but if u r case of thyroid disorder consult ur obstetrician and endocrinologist if ur primary obstetrician advises. u r welcome to visit any of ur town obstetrician via Marham management. tc
