Talk to Gynecologist on Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome

Aslam o Alikum! Ladies Just need to ask an important question. Em a mother of two, expected again with twins. Now a days in my 5th month of pregnancy, a few days back my doctor told me dat we missed the twin two's heartbeat. After that night, i go for some other doctors opinion in Shifa and CMH, they refer me to Lahore Rashid's clinic. They said she is competent in such type of cases, TTTS( twin to twin transfusion syndrome). And when we approach her, she said Pakistan doesn't have such advance laser surgery technology for TTTS now a days. Fetal one is looking good but also in danger.( I have one placenta with two twins in two different sacs) If anyone have information about such kind of case/cases, plz guide me name of some experienced doctor/hospital in twin cities for TTS.
