Talk to Gynecologist on Twins Pregnancy&spotting

Hi i am 3 months pregnant with was a little spotting during first month on period dates.i consult with doctor she said baby is fine spotting is due to cysts in your right ovary and she suggested one presage injection at every forth day and duphaston tablets.i m also taking u-progest 2 tabs vaginally since 3 wks. But yesterday again i had some spotting and little blood clots and today i met to my doctot she said babies are be your uterus mouth has started to open u must have to stitch just did abdominal suggest me what should i do????i am really very worried

You don’t need to worry too much if your doctor is reassuring you and by the sound of it she is doing all the right things . You need to follow her advice and it should settle . Thanks

Dear if she is giving u suggestion of stitching, first get your ultrasound measurement of cervical length. Also ask your doctor where is placenta growing. Sometimes its low lying and becomes the source of spotting. If placenta is low lying then never get cervical stitching as it can cause excessive bleeding.
