Assalam O alaikum I came from Australia and stuck in Pakistan due to I got positive pregnancy test .I was having gastational diabetes with me first 2 kids and then diagnosed with type 2 after delivery of 2nd I am on Metformin 1000mg twice a seeing a gynaecologist for pre pregnancy care as I always have high risk pregnancy due to recurrent miscarriages history and was always put on Insulin since starting of Australia I was on protaphane and novo rapid insulin during in Pakistan i got novo rapid insulin pen,can anyone suggest alternatives of protaphane insulin pen in Pakistan? Thanks

dear your sugar profile is controlled then continue this regimen
Assalam o alikum. you need to monitor your sugar charting and then we can adjust the insulin dose if required. also need for clinical checkup and ultrasound so you can book an appointment
salaam. i think its your blood sugar levels that decides yourcombination of short and long acting insulin. plz send your BSL chart first. as this is high risk pregnancy should have close monitoring
