Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound No Fetal Pole No Heart Beat

Dear Dr. Please note that my lmp was 22 Oct 23 and my pregnancy test is positive. today I did my ultrasound which shows gestational sac of 7 weeks 4 days with no fetal pole and heart advise what to do?I also have a minor brown discharge today gestational sac measures 2.6 cm please advise should I wait and continue medicines?

if your periods was regular, then at 25 mm sac if fetal.pole not seen,then its your choice whether u want to wait n watch or go for abortion process....but if periods was irregular or having doubts about scan,then u can wait for 1 to 2 wks but with proper follow up n investigations
