Kuch arsay say main jab bhi khana khati thi uskay baad aik dam meray tummy mein bloating ho jati thi to isliyeh main nay ultrasound karwaya full abdomen ka aur pelvis ka test isliyeh kay meray periods irregular ho rahay thay.. Aap plz meri reports check kar kay bataen yeh reports kin bemariyon ko indicate kar rahi hain? P.s, im unmarried..

Your scan indicates Fatty liver and Polycystic ovaries both of which could be related to being overweight.
You should get your hormonal profile done on day one or two of the cycle. The polycystic ovaries may be responsible for irregular periods as well.
You need consultation with a Gynecologist to have a detailed discussion about your problem and its management
