Unbearable Pain During Intercourse

Question

Wife feels unbearable pain during intercourse. Due to which we are unable to do intercourse.
She has got checked herself made different tests but doctors say she is fine and the pain is normal , there are no medical issues ,except the pelvic floor muscles or bones are tight and narrow. And this is normal according to them.
she even feels pain when gynecologist checks her. 

Please provide any advise.
Also all the tests,ultrasounds are clear.

- she need to have some adjustments in life style like few streching yoga Exercises ,physiotherapy help to avoid pain,daily walk ,recreational activities and avoid recreational drugs if have been taking ...
- have Complete treatment for any health issue she have .
-use lubricant to ease intercourse .
- try to have long foreplay to have proper secretions before penetration .
-she should be relaxed and content having sex and Examination to get idea of pain or reluctance .
- if it's too much painful unavoidable even after practicing above precautions then will need diagnostic laproscopy .
