Talk to Gynecologist on Unknown Gynea Issue

Advance sorry for a bit long post but plz bear with it as I need help. I'm 24 years old married girl. On april 4 I had clots without any spoting of blood just clots were coming out and this happened almost 10 days before my expected periods date. Then again on 18 april I had a single spot and in evening of 19th april bleeding started which remained for just 2 days. I went to my doctor she said this might be due to missed dose of dophustan But I didn't missed the dose. Then doctor asked me to stop dophastan. After that I had severe vomiting for 2 days and then after 10 days again vomiting started that also remained for 2 days. (Plz note that I went to the doctor for prolonged cycle and sometimes spotting after marriage. Before marriage my cycle was of exact thirty days. My all reports were ok after examined by her. She gave me some multivitamins and then dophastan was given in october till April. ) Now I'm having pain pain around my belly button and back. Sometimes the pain is so
