I am Married and my age is 30. I have 2 kids. My problem is spotting. From last some months I am experiencing on and off spotting. My LMP is 4th May,2019 and it takes almost 8 days to finish. Again after 5 days am having light to moderate spotting with pain in lower abdomen. It also happens after IC. Please help it's making me depressed.

-have one cervical smear, high vaginal swab, thyroid function test, combined blood count, transvaginal scan.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-follow with reports and discuss here and with local gynae.
