assalamualaikum Doctor, my periods are not exactly late, but the dates have shifted. Previously, they used to come towards the end of the month, around the 25th, and they would last 4–5 days with a good flow. Then one month my periods skipped, and the following month they came on the 3rd with the usual 4–5 days of normal flow.

After that, when the next cycle started again on the 3rd, I noticed that the duration had become shorter. Earlier, one sanitary pad used to get fully soaked in about 17–18 hours, but now it doesn’t get completely soaked at all. I have never experienced spotting.

In the last cycle, I had small clots along with bleeding, but in this current cycle there are no clots. Until the previous cycle, I used to have severe cramps, but this time the cramps were so mild that I barely felt them.

I do not have excessive body hair except for one pore below the navel from which two thick hairs grow. I do experience hair fall, but my hair has always been naturally thin since the
