yesterday i Found i am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant i went for confirmation to the gyni near by she gave me Lass 10 mg(gydrogesterone) I want to know what is that for is it safe to use? she said to take two times a day

I have seen dydrogesterone available by the name of Duophaston 10 mg. It is prescribed twice daily as an empirical therapy.
I think there is no harm in having it. Keep on having regular ANC. In case of any problem go to your doctor
