I am 5 week pregnant. I have pain in Lower abdomen ,back and or legs ho.. Ek dm se hoti hai or four to five minutes rehti hai.. Phir thori der relax ho ker laitnay se aram aa jata hai.. Or rat k time ghabrahat ziada hoti hai.
Dr. Have suggest me these medicine. Kindly confirm either i will take or not.
Bl-folate L-Methylefolate 800mcg (daily one)
S-Rone Dydrogesterone 10mg (daily One)
Dicloran (Diclofenac Sodium) 50mg

- Dear no need to worry first ,pregnancy hormones can give different effects .
- pain and abdominal tight news not good .
-Avoid sterneous Exercise,stress, anxiety,weight lift ,sex for some time till things get settled .
- have Folic acid daily ,dydrogesterone alsobetter to have .
- have warm baths and tab paracetamol 500 mgs if needed for pain .
- have complete treatment for any health issue u have .
-in case of bleeding or pain report Symmptoms.
- scan after a week if reports normal have antenatal booking and early investigations.
