Talk to Gynecologist on Urine Infection
Asking For Wife, Female 21, islamabad
my wife have urine infection from some months. she did urine c/s test. result is attached. Any kind doctor guide us about the infection and its causes. and please if possible about the medicines. she couldn't conceive from 1 year. is this infection cause for? Thanks in advance.

detailed history is required to find out the exact cause then it's treatment
aoa.
bacteria isolated is E coli isolated and its resistant to some drugs. The antibiotics which are effective agaist the bacteria include cap vibramyci n 100mg twice a day which is not expensive.
if she has not conceeived yet, both of u as a couple need to be evaluated

Thank you for you kind reply. Is this infection is herself or it is because of me (husband). Do I need medicine also or need only for her. and one thing more, what about inj. grasil (amikacin sulphate) 500mg?
