Talk to Gynecologist on Urine Infection And Pregnency

I had pain while urinating from 6 days. I was taking cran max sachet but no relief. Last night the pain started in my abdomen and back area. And today morning it became severe. My doctor told me to get to the hospital and advised me a drip. I had a miscarriage before due to twin in 7th week and i am currently trying to conceive. Only taking multivamins for it. My follicle size is also good 22.4 on 12th day of cycle. I want a baby and Since i am trying to conceive i am worried that this infection or the injection that i have been prescribed might be a hurdle in my conception. Please advice me that is this inject safe while trying to conceive. And will this infection effect my chances. shall i not hope for a pregnancy this month? I want to make my mind clear
