Talk to Gynecologist on URSO 500mg (Ursodeoxycholic Acid) Prescribed By Gynecologist In Pregnancy

I have 18 weeks pregnancy I'm suffering from scabies (Kharish) under my arms and around the neck sewerly. I visited my gynecologist today she prescribed URSO 500mg (1-1) along with some other medicines(Lorin NSA tab, Calamine lotion).I am confused wether URSO is useful for me in pregnancy or not? need very specialized opinion. Did LFT SGPT tests which are normal. kindly help Thanks

if sgpt normal..no need of urso..
no need of urso... u need antiallergic and scabolite lotion... do proper washing of bed sheet sun exposure to blankets

Then treatment given is perfectly fine take and follow with lfts after 2 weeks
it's not safe in pregnancy untill the risk factor is more beneficial than the fetus health
u can use calamine topical application or scabian lotion rather to go for this

if LFT are normal no need for urso
you need treatment of scabies along with family and also need measures of washing clothes and beds
