Kind see my ultrasound report and guide me about following 1-placenta position in last check up doctor have written posterior/upper segment for placenta but in this scan its lower i am quite worried plz guide regarding this.
2- is at 22 weeks the baby measurement are good? Is it on lower side?
3- i had different gestational ages at feb 20 ultrasounds, 20 march ultrasound, 20 april ultrasound and now at todays ultrasound. Why it varies every time.

dear 1 week difference is normal in different reports i f it is 2 weeks then need to evaluate n according to report placenta is low lying but dont worry it can shift upward with the passage of time as its only 22 weeks n with further growth it will move a bit upwards
Fetal measurement are at 22 week only AC is one week behind at 21 weeks
How many weeks are you by Dates ? What was your LMP?

My LMP was the 16 dec 2019
Doctor in saudia on 20 feb gave me date 6 october then in pakistan on 20 march doc said i am at 13 week and gave me date 23 sep then this ultrasound is latest one.
