Talk to Gynecologist on Uterine Rupture From Previous Angle During Second C Section

I'm also a mbbs doctor I want to ask that I had first c section nd delivered a baby 9 months of my baby I got pregnant second c section was an emergency c section due to uterine rupture at Right angle from previous scar without bleeding Alhamdulilah 40 days back .my baby girl is no more due to meconium aspiration grade they conducted my operation late ..I got into labour 11.30 am and dctr delivered my baby the next morning 7:15 am ..I Wana ask that should I conceive for my next pregnancy?? Is it safe to how much gap should I keep now .

Aoa sorry doctor to know your lose and suffering. That was uterine dehiscence of scar. How was the recovery. Three years gap is ok if no other complications. But next c-section will before the time when u have dehiscence. Thanks

mam meconium was coming out from rupture site in to peritoneum..then how it will b dehiscence rather than rupture?

In the notes written (chronic rupture) mean there was not fresh tear or bleeding. Right angle was involved not funds. So most likely ?
