Talk to Gynecologist on UTI

I had UTI for almost 9-10 days and I was taking cranmax sachet as it already happened before many time. I used to drink water and these sachet tu sb theek ho jata tha... but kuch din sayy bohat swere pain shuru hogye thee back main I still thought k stomachach ya bloating ki waja say back main pain hai lakin jab intensity unbearable hoe tu I asked my friend and did urine r/e and its report says their is protein , hemoglobin , WBC is like 40-50... mery father in law subha sham antibiotics lagwa rai hain mujy kal say...what you all suggest should I do? I didn't went to any doctor he is like 5-7 days yeh lagwao phr dubara test krwa k dekh lain gy he asked some doctor online might be his friend or someone.
