Asking for Sister, Female, 30 years old, Karachi

She’s 30 year old and it’s her second Pregnancy. Delivered her first born in 2017 who unfortunately passed away after 3 days because of sepsis. She has recurrent UTI and severe itching all over body. Her heart beat is always 100+ and had been 140 at maximum. Has been given inderal tablet for this that she occasionally takes. She also has shortness of breath. I’m attaching her recent urine reports and LFT. Need suggestions from experts. She’s 35 week pregnant atm
