Talk to Gynecologist on Uti Infection In Pregnancy

I'm 35weeks + pregnant. my pregnancy was smooth from starting. no bp or sugar issue yet. but from last week I was feeling whenever I sit I feel little warm n wet my trouser. it's not like lots of water just like a splash. I visited my doctor she asked me to get tests done. I'm attaching my reports after that she said use these tablets for 5 days. vagibact cream, cranmax ,cycin 500mg t tablet and medwash for vagina. even after using all of them I'm feeling the same small amount of discharge. I'm also drinking 10 glass of water. it's been a week. my doctor said your water is not leaking it's just a infection. now please guide me if its that or something serious?? should I get some other tests ? to evaluate this issue.
