Talk to Gynecologist on Vaccination Update

Hello Dr. I am trying to conceive and my doctor suggested me to get Rubella test done and It came out negative. She said that you should get MMR Vaccine but she didn't guide me anything about it that MMR Vaccine for adults is different or what? And where I can find this vaccine is Karachi as each and every pharmacy is saying it's short and not available in market? What should I do now I am totally worried? If any doctor here can help me please..
