AoA, Ramzan Mubarak! First time pregnancy hy. MashaAllah se 9th month is about to start, but I haven't taken any vaccine during my pregnancy. Yesterday, when discussed with doctor, she told me 8th month tak hum T. T Vac. lgaty hy, but tumhara 9th start hony wala hy so she wasn't sure if I should take it or not. Plz suggest what to do
The recommended timing for maternal Tdap vaccination is between 27 weeks and 36 weeks of gestation. To maximize the maternal antibody response and passive antibody transfer and levels in the newborn, vaccination as early as possible in the 27–36-weeks-of-gestation window is recommended.
so yrs if it's 36 weeks you still have time asap
