Yes it is possible to have vaginal birth after two Caesarean sections provided no recurring cause for C/S or no other complication detected during current pregnancy , it should be done in the hospital under care of a consultant with continuous fetal monitoring, immediate operation facility should be available within 5 minutes. In Uk it is a routine to offer vaginal birth after one or 2 C/S

yes its possible in other countries. bt here in pakistan v dont offer a choice in these do. b directly go for c secrion due to higher rate of complications
