Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Bleeding At 15 Week Of Pregnancy

Assalamoalaikum! I want ask about bleeding at 15 week of pregnancy. I have off and on heavy bleeding and spotting since 12 week of pregnancy. I visited the doctor every time when I bled and Alhamdulilah baby is fine in said this bleeding is caused by Posterior Placenta low lying and she prescribed me medicine Transamin and Kemic Fort 500 mg ( 3 dose in heavy bleeding in a day and 2 dose in spotting) . She is also giving me injections after 7 days. Please let me know these medicines are safe in pregnancy? When this bleeding will be stopped? Thank you

in cases of previa there is risk of bleeding ... unpreditable in frequency and amount.its a watch and see game. avoid husband. dont hold urine for long . take i.v iron and keep blood arranged .stay near to hospital

from my own experience no role transamine etc .just watch and see. iron supplements blood transfusion and other things as i already mentioned
most of the rome it does move up when lower segment grows
