Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Boil/pimple

I get pimples above the area of vagina mostly but they go on their own in some days. From 2 weeks i am having a pimple/boil which is not going away and it seems it has something inside. Its very small though, no pain, no swelling, no itching. Just a pimple/boil. I have applied warm compress of hot water, used dettol and took care of my vaginal hygiene but its the same as it was. Didnt even dry out or vanish. Just the same. How to treat it? As there is no pain. Pls suggest something . , should i apply anitbiotic cream there?
