she probably needs antibiotics..but for that she needs check up

start using some good vaginal soap/shampoo/lotion for her 2-3×/day...
get her ultrasound done...
and then c ur OBG consultant...

Improve hygiene and keep her self dry may help her. Further questions like smell itching need to be asked. Consult some Dr.
Use of vaginal washes which have fragrance cause irritation and infection of vagina.avoid medicted soaps,improve hygienic measures, towel dry vaginal area before dressinh up .
