Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Discharge With Irregular Contractions On Due Date

i have my ceasarean section 2 years back. now today is my due date with second pregnancy. my dr asked me to wait for vaginal delivery i had contractions two days back but they were painless. yesterday i went hospital for check up and dr said its not labour pains. but yesterday night i felt strong painful contractions with the difference of 15 mints. then a small blood clot was passed with minor pinkish discharge. the contractions lasts till mid night with 15 to 20 mints difference. from then they are irregular and disappeared. now i am having light spotting of pinkish in colour. please suggest me what to do. i am waiting for ur reply.
