Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Infection & Hygiene

I got my periods aur usky foren baad mujhy vaginal infection ho gya. Dr. recommended me 150mg and Gynosporin vaginal cream , one dose only. I have used it last night. It's better now but not completely fine. I want to ask that , I use hair removal cream and due to that issue I couldn't use it. Now , should I use hair removal cream or wait for few days or there is any alternative ? And If I can't use anything , how to maintain hygiene properly ?
