Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Itching

I was diagnosed with PCOS three months back and the doctor prescribed me Primolut N. I completed two courses of medicine 10 days for two months. During the first course, I had severe vaginal itching starting from 4 or 5th day of medicine. A similar thing happened in the next course. However, I have not started the course again this month but I am having an itching issue and it is severe enough to impact my walking. It becomes more apparent at night. Kindly suggest a cause and remedy for this. Moreover, my vaginal skin has become sensitive to hair removing cream.
