Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Itching And Vaginal Tension

Hi, iam 23 years old Unmarried. It was all very smooth before 1 year. But almost from 1 year, whenever a sexual thought comes in my mind or i talk about it, my clitoris gets painful and i feel itching and some kind of tension in vagina. I also get numb. Iam in very tension because this never happened to anyone. I feel nothing in my lower area now whenever a sexual thought comes in my mind. Is there any nerve damage in my vagina/clitoris?? Kindly guide. I was very active in my this phase before a year and now nothing turned me on or nothing intrigued me anymore. If a thought come, my vagina gets painful
