-Dear this is some infection that need to be checked and treated properly can be cause of Miscarriage or even can cause blocked tubes or fertility issues in future.
-have high vaginal swab immediately and one local Examination to check either its wart or any other sexually transmitted infectious lesion need to be sort out.

Inj ceftrioxone 500 mgs intramuscular once,
Tab azithromyin 1 gms per oral once.,
Tab doxycycline 100 mgs twice a day and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8hrky both for 14 days.
Collect swab and discuss here.
Strict hygeine.
Use condoms for sex for some time till infection get resolved and hvs discussed.
Have sitz baths, sit in warm water recurrently to reduce irritation.
AVOID cosmetics and creams locally just use water and soft razor to remove unwanted hairs.

Please get evaluated from gynaecologist to exclude herpes genitalis. It is important that doctor see the lesions.
