Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Spotting And Green Discharge Issue

Dear Concerned Dr, I am 9+ weeks pregnant. Last week, i had my ultrasound where it was revealed that fetal heartbeat and fetal movement already present. Last day, i felt a single drop of fresh blood when i wiped from the tissue paper. My concern is to ask that since than i did not felt any blood after that neither in night nor in morning. One more thing i have been observing green clumpy vaginal discharge from last day. I am already on medication of duphaston, cyclogest, osnate-D, Adfolic and harmonal injection (weekly). I told her last week that i am getting green liquid discharge that is itchy (but no foul smell), she prescibed me with canesten vaginal 1 day tab and Vagisaf for wash. Can you please let me know what i should do as my gynae appointment is after 3 weeks.
