- Dear it need precautions ,examination , investigations ,may need restiching depends on Examination findings and medications .
- have strict local hygeine.
- have sitz warm baths to avoid irritation .
- better to have swab from raw area to check any infection if present and to treat Accordingly .
- have tab augemtin 625 mgs 8 hrly and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 7 days and tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly for pain .
-Fucidine cream can be applied locally .
- have Local Examination as well if need Stiching .

You need to see your gynecologist.Sometimes,you may only need antibiotics and let the wound heal by secondary intention but sometimes it may need to be resutured.
U need to see a gynaecologist for proper examination and antibiotic cover, and later restitching if wound is open
