Vaginal Swelling/itching

Question

Hi, i&rsquo;m facing this intense itching and a little bit redness and swelling in my vagina, no odor or discharge, this started right after my period ended. Kindly tell me if i can apply any ointment or take any tablet. Right now im only applying cold compress on it.
