Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Thrush/ UTI

Assalamualaikum. I am a mommy to a five month old and 2.5 weeks back I had vaginal infection and thrush for which I consulted Dr. Amber from this app. She prescribed me clotrimazole V- tablets, cephradine and flagyl. After completing the course all the itching and redness went away but vaginal thrush was still there. Then I consulted another doctor over call who prescribed me Lemoxin T ovules after which vaginal thrush didn’t go away. Then after a couple of days I had burning sensation while peeing and the same doctor told me I had UTI and to take ciproflaxacin without doing any tests or check up. It’s been three days I am taking the meds, my pee still burns a little. What should I do? Do I have vaginal yeast infection or UTI or what?
