There is a little white discharge. And there's only itchiness which keeps getting normal and severe. Plus I haven't gotten any tests done as it has been a little severe since only a week

There is a little amount of white discharge and it's only itchiness which keeps getting normal and severe from time to time. And there is no burning sensation while urination. Now because rashes and wounds have become so they do burn a little.
