Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginismus

i m married for a year and i m not able to have intercourse because of the fear of pain..whenever we try to do it i feel a bit pressure on the entrance and then i freak out and we end up not doing it..please help me as my husband and i really want to conceive now.one of my friend told me i should get a numbing cream but i dont which one to go for without asking from a proper gynaecologist.if numbing creams could be helpful please tell me which one i should go for..i have xyloaid 2% at my home..can i use it?if yes how much should i apply when and where,?i just want to use it for the first time entrance and losing virginity..i m attaching the pic of xyloaid below..pls respond i really need help
