Talk to Gynecologist on Veginal Issue

i got married 6 yrs back... 1 yr back i got preg through ICSI proceedure... through out preg i used cyclogest pessarries had ivfc inj twice a week urine infection in last trimester ... now problem is since my baby is born continuosly i hv got itchy vegina that i used to feel some daana inside vignina n now its getting bigger 4months back my dr said its veginal infection i had antibiotic course and lots of other medicines then last month again i took antibiotic n lots of other medicines but now daana bigger i feel problem in washroom as well n its itching alottt plzzzz help me out i dont know which dr i should consult coz last 2 times i went to general her prescribed medicines didnt work... plz help me out i will be v thank full to all of u
