its fairly common problem in women of your age .You probably have developed urine tract infection (cystitis).treatment is with antibiotics take nitrofurantoin 50 mg 1 tablet x 4 times/day for 5 days .it usually settles no better you can send urine for culture and sensitive to figure out antibiotic sensitive
