Talk to Gynecologist on Very Early Miscarriage

aoa. dear DR. I had faint positive pregnancy line on 20 and strted bleeding on 22 August BHCG was 62 and pregnancy was not showing on ultrasound but problem is that I am still bleeding at srt it was light then become heavy with cramps for two days then slowly becoming less but a few days ago it started again heavily and still bleeding thin like dark mehroon or sometime red when will it stop. kyu k kthm hony k koi sign nazr nhi aa rahy. plz guide. jazakallah
