-Dear it would be better if u would send me some details regarding petient her Complains now and previous.
-reports showing mild infection or subsiding infection if she already got treated and now asymmptomatic then repeat course of antibiotics could be avoided but if symmptomatic having pain, colored or smelly vaginal discharge then can have(IF NOT PREGNANT) tab doxycycline 100mg twice daily 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 8 hrly for 10 days and clotrimazole suppository per vaginal on 3 alternate night to remove infection out.
-have strict hygeine.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-use clean water to wash area and have warm sitz baths to avoid irritation.
-don't over treat or have antibiotics recurrently as it willl affect normal flora of vagina and will disturb pH so vagina will be more easily prone to infection. As genetically in some ladies more secretions then other like on stress, tension, ovulation, Fertilization,excitement etc.
-I hope things woukd be better.

I m suffering from itching burning and pain from last 1.5 years. Monthly or some times after taking any medicine 2 months ka gap ajata but bar bar ho raha hai. Buht se ovelues or creams inner b use ki hain but temporary thek ho jata hai. Or concive b nahi ho raha. Ye infection mostly periods se pehle ya phir ovulation days mai hota hai or bht severe. Ab last feb mai or ab april mai be had bura infection huwa jis mai viginal rash bht ziada or bleefing b tjori thori hoti rahi. Phir ye test dr revommend kia. Med jo le rai hun us se fill waqt to theek hun. Lakinwoi end of the month ya months later phor ho jta ????

Over treatment also causes issues and vaginal infection can reccur due harmful effects of medicine on vaginal flora so it's better to avoid too many medications.
Have precautions for vaginal infection as I advised before.
Have balanced diet, weight and Bmi and complete treatment of any health issue u have.

How long u have been trying for Conception???
If any labs done send me reports.
Other wise do have transvaginal scan and blood tests on day 2 of periods (prolectin, fsh and lh, thyroid function test, insilun, progesterone, testosterone).
Follow with labs.
Have sex in fertile period of cycle.
Request husband to stop smoking.
If have been trying for Conception for more then 1 year better to have semen analysis for husband.
Follow with labs here or with local gynae Doctor.
