I m 3 months and 2 week pregnant it's my first conception. First trimester I face nauesa vomit a little now 3 days I m suffering with fever diarrhea and vomit.. yesterday I admit to hospital and get treatment likes drips or medicine after feeling well I come back home but know again I feel such problems kindly guide me....
did ultrasound,? everything ok? your diet?
