Talk to Gynecologist on Want To Delay Period Due To Umrah

so I was taking primulate N just just few days before my period on 19th 3 time a day with 8 hour break . so the timing were 6 am , 2pm and 10pm. I haven't realized that saudia is 2 hour back from us so according to above my timing will be in Saudia will going to be 4 am ,12 am and 8pm but 4 am is too early and I am really about my timing please anyone guide me regarding my timing so that it won't create any issue
Aoa ...instaed of 4 am ...take tab at 6 am ...2pm and 8 pm ....not a big issue

at saudia time zone won't be my cycle disturb or period appears because as I am taking in Pakistan local time 6 am ,2pm and 10 pm and if I change according to saudia time zone which 6 am , 2pm and 10 pm it is two hours ahead is a pattern changing because I heard fix time par Lena hota saudia Kay 6am Pakistan Kay 8 am hota hai ?
